hello everyone, new poster here, and i was hoping to get any info on a place i used to ride. its been 10 years or better since ive been out there, but palmer was a blast back then. has anyone been there recently? and are all the trails still accessable? on google earth it still looks the same but you know how rules can change. i dont want to haul everything out there, and find out you cant ride. if you go on google earth the coordinances are 37deg 49'15.70"n  90deg55'28.14"w thanks for any info you may have

I've never been down that way, was it a big area to ride in? Was it privately owned or is it state owned?

I can't find anything current on Palmer lakes. Last thing I can find posted about it is 2010. From what I have read seems like a great time.

the place was loaded with trails and all types of terain. it was back in my dirt bike days, but there was buggies, atvs, and about everything else you could think of. there were longer trails that would lead to another lake north west of palmer. you can still see alot of the trails on google earth, so i think im going to give it a shot in the next couple weeks. i believe the forest is state owned, but some lots at or around the lake were privately owned. i say that because there were state signs every now and then, that said spark arresters were required.
