The weather looks like it is finally going to be nice to ride again. Anyone up for a meetup in september? Maybe st. Joes, finger lakes, or moonlite one weekend?
I'm supposed to go to Blackriver to ride the 14-16, but I don't know if I'll be able to make it, so I might be up for St. Joe are Moonlight (since I've never been there).
Somewhere in Sullivan Mo, about 1-1/2 hours south of St. Louis off of 44. I heard it's a pretty good little park, I think BOB has been there so he can tell you how it is.
Yeah, Moonlight is a good day trip. It's not that far considering the others ( other than St Joes) but Moonlight has no restrictions ( helmets or drinkin or flags, if you like to drink beer while ridin). It's not that far, 44 to Sullivan exit(Hwy 185) to Hwy A go lft then about 10 miles I think ( I went through Richwoods the first time I went). Good time, there's plenty of good trails to ride and when there's rain; a creek, but prob not now. Everything from rock crawlers to buggies to mini bikes go out there and on the right weekend it's pure fun. You can camp there also if we decide to do so. I've had many good weekends there, so let's figure it out!
Sure go ahead, I'm gonna try and schedule my clinicals around the trip. I start Pre paramedics tomorrow, so I have to do 100 hours of clinicals, but I think I can pick my own dates as long as I get it all done by the end of the semester.
Also, I'm sure more poeple would vote but they probably have not subcribed to the Forums, I forgot to subscribe and I was not getting any notifications. I subd to the intire forum last week from the home page and now I get them all, I don't know why or how I forgot to do that.

I am up for any of the places up there. The woman wants to go to a place she can ride her horse while I ride my Atv. Moonlite looks like a fun trip I like to have a beer while I ride. I have never been to cloud 9 but have heard good things about it. St. Joes is always fun. Finger lakes I have been told can be bad with ruts but track is cool. Flat is kinda small for atvs but great for rock crawlers. Alton is always fun. The others I don't know much about besides what is online. I was leaning towards st joes for a weekend trip so she can play with her horse. But moonlite would be a great day trip.
Cloud 9 is way to far and you have to be a member there, or at least you used to have to be, I've been there yrs ago. We used to do winter float trips on the white river and stay there. Long F'in drive just to ride, and all the old fogey's call the "campus cops" if you exceed the 15 mph speed limit, or maybe it was 10 but any ways. Soooo, I would be willing to bet that Moonlight wouldn't care if you hauled in a horse trailer and an ATV, They are pretty laid back down there! I'll have to call and find out. My buddy Scott has been wantin me to go down there and make it a camp trip so we'll see.
Wow, a few people said that cloud 9 was awesome and I had to go. But they were selling their memberships too. Lol. I am good with moonlite I have been wanting to go. Me and the woman can go on a different trip :)
Yep, that's what I'm thinking... It gives guys time to move stuff around, I'm sure I can make it the 24th and/or 25th unless something happens like last time where my axle broke! lol but I put a beefy one on so I shouldn't have problems. My breaks went out today, but the problem is some little plastic part that cracked on the master cylinder I should have them fixed by next week.
I see you found your way on over rev chuck, I'm definitely going to take you up on the woodriver creek ride sometime soon!
As far as the west alton ride goes I guess we have to narrow it down to the 8th or 9th now... It doesn't matter to me as long as I know a couple days ahead of time so I can tell my girlfriend that we can do something together on the other day! lol
