I ended up passing on the Polaris I was looking at. I found a 03 Suzuki Vinson 500 which will work perfect as long as it is in good shape. Anyone know anything about them or what to check on them?
I think all of the Suzukis are based on the same frame, so it's probably pretty much like mine Tim. The rear brake setup is junk, but other than that mines held up well and you know I always abuse it!
Ok picked it up today. Have to put new brakes all around and bearings on front. Runs great but the motor is screaming at 40mph might have a clutch, tire or belt issue. Tires are brand new mudzilla tires. They ride way too rough for plowing so need to trade or sell them off if anyone is intersted in them. Should have it ready for meet up and well see what it does. Now all I need is a plow and winch for it. Thanks for the info on it guys.
