Here is a video of a trail ride we took in high ridge mo a little before haloweeen. Nothing special, it was a bit dry so not too much craziness. These are local trails we have rode for years. The trip down to the river is the 40 acres jefferson county parks is willing to lease for a offroad park.
Here is a video from goose creek shot on 11/3/2012. These are mainly the main trails but there are a lot of off shoots from these main trails. I didn't hit any crazy mud holes as I was by myself. The holes are deciving because the razors and jeeps rut them out and you don't know till your stuck or sunk. These trails are a blast after a good rain storm. I would rated them beginner to intermediate.
Here is a video of a ride around goose creek lake. Nothing too exciting. Stayed on the main roads and a little gravel. I go by the Secondary boat launch, Dam, Beach, Playground, Beach, Rec Hall, Pool, Main boat launch, Showers, and my campsite. It is around 12 miles around the lake. The last part of the video gets worse the longer you watch due to mud on the lens.
The high ridge trails are powerlines, abandon road from 1900's that used to go to a school, closed park, all surrounded by private land and a small park. Prob about 2-3 miles of trails. We know all the owners so we can ride out there. If they don't know ya they will shoot at you. So yes you can ride out there but you have to be with us.
